the world lies waiting,
awaiting, pondering, procrastinating.
for you and me to begin,
for something new to begin.
forget everything now,
the tears have long dried up.
like butterflies and goldfish,
revel in short term amnesia.
everyday is a new life,
a new beginning for stories to unfold.
so leave the past in dusty old corners,
someday we will stumble on them and laugh!
